It’s time to celebrate this year’s fabulous new Girls Rock New Orleans Camper Bands! Let these talented kids aged 9-16 rock your socks off at our Annual Showcase. They’ve spent a week creating original songs with bands of their peers learning everything from conscientious team building to how to utilize delay pedals!
We are proud to announce that Howlin’ Wolf Porch Stage will be hosting the Show! Very affordable concessions will be available as well as courtesy SNO BALLS from Silly’s Sno Balls!

Hear Here! Come to the Girls Rock New Orleans Showcase! You will see all of the campers play their song with their new band mates after forming just 6 days prior! This will be the best thing you do all summer.

Happy Hour – GiveNOLA Day
Girls Rock New Orleans is participating in Give NOLA Day, a one day online community giving campaign on Tuesday, May 3rd! To celebrate our participation we want to hang out with you!
We’ll be sipping on drinks and spinning girls groups and more at Domino Sound Record Shack from 5-8pm Tuesday, May 3rd. Come hang out, have a beer, and learn more about Give NOLA Day!

We’ll be screening a movie about three Swedish teenagers living in Stockholm in the 1980’s who decide to start an all punk rock band. It’s going to rule and will be preceded by the unveiling of a little film we’ve been working on!

Super Brawl II: SHE HAS RISEN

New Orleans Ladies Arm Wrestling is hosting their last brawl of the year and the proceeds go to camp! NO LAW’s past champions are shaking the moth balls out of their capes, dusting off the glittery combat boots and reassembling money-hungry entourages for a shot at Supreme Champion. They won once before, but this is for all the marbles.
NOLAW’s second Super Brawl extravaganza will feature a Happy Hour pre-brawl with tables from rad organizations, a half-time date auction, rocking bands and a sick DJ dance party to follow!
Here Comes The Girls Alley Cat Race

We encourage everyone on a bike to come out and ride with us, no matter your skill level, age, or bike type. There will be prizes for speed, but also a bunch of prizes for style and character. Guaranteed a good time!
